Homemade Guacamole

 2 avocados
 1/2 a lemon, juiced
 2 tablespoons chopped onion
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds, scooping out the pulp and placing it in a small bowl.

2. Mash the avocado with a fork. Stir in the onion, lemon juice, salt and the olive oil.

3. Cover this bowl and then refrigerate for an hour. Serve and enjoy!
